k bro hammy. sorry i scared u haha. the article says only in high and prolonged exposure to copper above therapeutic levels will harm the fish. haha. especially those scaleless fish. so as long as ur maintaining the correct ppm of copper during the reccommended treatment period, all should be fine! haha (: psps read wrong lolx

i read on some article online. not sure again if its true or not. might want to take it with a pinch of salt (: however, i believe only if exposed to long long periods of copper on high concentration. if its for one time treatment like ur doing, i think its ok. wait i see if i can try to find that article.

ok thanks! i will start feeding them bbs more often. but i find the eggs hard to hatch. maybe my bubble not stong enough. i feed them rots and they eat..but i guess as u said, too small and insufficient for them. thanks fuel for the advice.

what are the leading cause of baby fish death? malnutrition? i hav been feeding henry's food and rots mostly. BBS only if i have time to hatch them. so far bbs i feed 2 times....

yea. they should see which are the more commonly bought fish, and import those. those that no one buy, dun import lor. less cost for them and no need to make the poor fish wait for a potential buyer. then if someone wants to buy that fish, make special order lor. even though they must wait till next shipment, at least no need to kill so many fish. i see nowadays alot of tasseled file fish? but no one buys them..too ugly i think

did a frag exchange with pauline today. my 2 head white tip hammer trade for 3 head yuma ^^ one of the yuma, head is 0.2mm!! so small haha. but can grow. yuma is purple and green. will post pictures when they open up tomorrow haha. thanks pauline and james! had fun LFS-ing today!!

the hammer torch and frogspawn will allow the clowns to play in. however do bear in mind that some clowns will not play in anything even an anemone. it is up to the individual fish. also, unless its an anemone, too much and excessive playing can and will kill the coral.

some fishes are very sensitive to copper like dwarf angels. these group of fish are most prone to suffer the ill effects of copper in the long run...fishes like these should be on hypo. read it on wetwebmedia, article posted by bob fenner. over exposure can cause harm.

absolutely right. now u want FOWLR but sooner or later ur going to get hooked onto corals XD haha! just like me..

yup. i highly suggest u go for 2 feet. the difference is alot and u can keep more things and dun have to worry as much about topping off evaporation. for a 1ft tank, it is reallly very small and 2 clowns is like, maximum already. whereas 2 feet tank, u can keep 2 clowns and perhaps 2 other fish. or 3 if they are all very small. of coz u can stretch ur limits and add 10 fish to a 2ft tank, but the maintenance in the long run going to be very hard. and also i dun suggest an anemone. they are too demanding and not reccomended for a beginner in the hobby. when they die, and the chances of them dying are high, they will crash ur tank because of the massive pollution. if you want something that looks like an anemone, then get a small hammer coral, frogspawn or torch. they look almost like an anemone and are less demanding to care for. since ur tank is small, suggested that u keep hardy and small size fish. for a 1 feet tank, 2 clowns and 1 goby is enough. get a less aggressive goby species. for a 2 feet tank, u can afford 2 clowns, 1 goby, maybe 1 wrasse and 1 cardinal, or something small ya? a starfish will be great too! and oh, welcome to SRC and the marine hobby (:
