  7. i experienced a flooding too. but it was from my sump tank. the chiller hose detatched and flooded my entire living room =( dun give up!
  8. hi, i was wondering if given long enough, can ich be naturally eradicated from a tank? my tank used to have slight ich problem, when new fishes are introduced, they will get ich in a few days. however lately, after adding in a yellow tang (ich magnet), and a yellow belly wrasse, i did not even notice a single white spot on both of them. about 1 week already. no signs of scratching too and both very healthy. im not complaining, but wow can ich really be gone just like this?
  9. rockscape look abit too dense? o.o
  10. i have this in my school chemistry lab. its a fantastic equipment for stirring and dissolving stuff in. nice work
  11. leopards are well known to be picky eaters. its just not extremely hard. maybe challenging =) have had success with a few.
  12. im not sure. its a pretty fish anyway =) likes to sleep in the sand at night
  13. leopards are supposedly hard. but many do have some success with them like you.
  14. brine shrimps have almost zero nutrition..... unless u feed it immediately after hatching. adult frozen brine are almost useless. try mysis instead...
  15. got it at sealife. only have 1 left. i read on the net it is very hard to feed it, like leopard wrasse. but mine is feeding on mysis
  16. have ID it, its Anampses twistii aka twist wrasse or yellow-bellied wrasse. thanks
  17. i love the dialouge of the 2 starfish. very funny haha not to worry for ur flame hawk. mine has a slightly faded belly too. but it eats worse than a pig and is very healthy. it does occasionally swim up and down too. but not all the time.
  18. sealife as of today 1.30 - lots of asfur, - some maculousus i think? - small clown tang - small blue tang, both blue + yellow belly - yellow tangs - purple tangs - flame angel - potteri angel - midas blenny - 1 golden pygmy angel - golden butterflies - sohal tang - 1-2" foxfaces - tomato clowns - amongst others
  19. Hi, can anyone help me ID this wrasse? thanks
  20. manage to trap and remove my big aggressive damsel. can anyone ID this? thanks. added a small yellow tang too ^^
  21. cottonwool could be lymphocystis. harmless environmental condition relation disease. feed good food + improve water quality and it will self cure. there is a disease call black spot disease. its similar to ich, but easier to cure. but i dont think it is the case. should be ok.
  22. i feed mine with linkias once every 2 weeks. they seem to love linkias more than other starfishes. as for leftovers, there are hardly any left. i see them eating the flesh of the starfish too.
  23. if u mean the whipfin, i got it at ahbeng the dottyback was from coral farm i dont think my dottyback is that evil. it does occasionally go to the betta box to flare at the wrasse, but that's about it. the wrasse is bigger than it though.
