  1. hi bro. water flows into the sump via overflow and underflow. then returns back into main tank via return pump. skimmer has a separate pump that feeds it. also inside the sump is an eheim pump feeding the chiller. very simple filtration. going to upgrade my return soon. thanks bro for the nice words. =) EXTREMELY impressive! holy cow!

  11. thanks! would like to hear from other reefers too! i had one last time didnt eat any corals. was even eating pellets 9which i am aware is very rare for chelmon and other long mouthed species). the problem is i came across ana rticle which say that the copperband may pick on meaty corals like brains. so....would like to hear more from others and see the situation
  12. Hi, i would like to know if the copperband butterfly is reef safe. i have searched this forum but i find the information inadequate. it is well known that they eat tubeworms and polychaete worms in the tank. that, i can forgo. i got lobang for a healthy copperband that is feeding on mysis. my only worry is that they may develop a taste for corals. what do you guys think? have always had a soft spot for this. i lost my pellet eating one many many months ago due to power shortage =( from my experience, they did not bother my corals so far. happy to hear any suggestions from other more experienced bros here!
