  1. he has a huge colony of it. dunno if he want to be introduced or not haha
  2. shouldnt be a problem lah hahahhaah they're easy to hatch and rear as long as got food supply. they are slightly photosynthetic too, so even better.
  3. GXFC to you too! FW dip is not very advisable on euphyllias....quite sensitive. best is to use coral RX.
  4. very cool paly! pink mouth, blueish-purplish face and greenish skirt.
  5. getting into soft corals lately super healthy pom pom xenias, capnellas and GSP! haha
  6. yawning rhomboid and my carpenter. with some female flashers behind
  7. i seldom post pictures of my fishes coz of the crappy camera. only way is to use flash..
  8. Aussie war coral frag from good friend long ago. red and green
  9. what is the size? i have experienced two kinds of flatworms on euphyllids. small tiny brown ones (harmless), while rather large purplish-white ones (not sure if harmful or not) a picture will be very uesful in identifying the type of flatworms.

thanks everyone for the feedback. am starting to see some coraline growth, which is good. but slowly.
  12. saw before. its too scary...lol.
  13. let the ric attach to some rubble rock or coral chip, then glue the coral chip to the rock. never glue the polyp directly to the rock because it will slime and not stick.
  14. tyvm for the help! will definately keep a look out. by far the hardiest and one of the nicest gorgonians imo.
  15. DA, i love that gorgonian. Where did you get it? have been looking high and low for it ever since i saw the giant specimen in david saxby's tank. most i find are small or dying.. it's photosynthetic i presume? mind letting me know where to find and how much? ._.
  16. no idea i did not get it, a friend of mine did. should be around 3 red notes.
  17. that's the true way of ID-ing a LPS actually. by seeing the skeleton. but usually the overall appearance is a giveaway. unless it's quite tricky like acans and favias.
  18. i normally won't worry about ich because it usually goes away by itself after afew weeks, and then the fish will gain "immunity?" against it? because i wont see it having visible white spots anymore. but a PBT being a PBT....the amount of spots it has now is well...haha. just need to pass the first few weeks and it should be alright i guess. oh btw forget to comment on your carpet. its huge!!!!! and very nice! nice rockscape btw.
  19. wow! not expanded but the colours quite unique. this looks like an acan though. favia skeleton not like that. but amazing still
  20. wahaha finally shots of your tank. all i can say is its FANTASTIC. i reallyh admire your PBT hybrid. really, its beautiful. i got a normal one recently but the ich is zzz.... waiting for it to subside a little over the weeks. also got a potter's angel, hoping the flame and it can get along. whenever i see flame angels in the LFS, makes me think of the harem that you keep. its really nice and what a way to celebrate the new year eh?
