  1. digiman, the abberent bicolour is here lol. with an A. femininus and A. lennardi. the bicolour so big!!!
  2. i was once tempted to buy a juv africanus from lck before. but if i'm not wrong, they're one of the earlier morphers right? morphing at very small sizes.
  3. i can't imagine how something so beautiful can grow into something like this! beautiful blue juvenile growing up only to swim together with the other bunch of misfit toys do i have bad taste? i seem to be the only 1 not-liking africanus. if it keeps the blue till adulthood i think it could really be one of the nicest angels around. the blue is spectacular IMO. mother nature really knows how to dangle the cake infront of you then cruelly pulling it back just when you're about to bite into it.
  4. i know right! awesome how the black is only restricted to the lower half. imagine having this pair with a xanthic one. i got this image from reef central's rare angel thread. they have alot of pictures of verrrrrrry rare hybrids but the photos are not there anymore. very sad
  5. i love xanthic regals too but knowing the colours will return to normal is really very sian.
  6. anyway... nothing we've not seen before. very used to seeing this by now! can see but cannot obtain! i especially like these two picturs. especially the first pic. looks so healthy and cute.
  7. urgh. i'm totally opposite. life sciences my interest and maths i CMI. maybe i'll go find out more when i have time. maybe when i'm super free during FYP i bring fish samples to school and run the entire gene map. perhaps can find something cool and then can coin it as lemon's discovery
  8. actually im kinda curious. are there any evolutionary or genetic similarities to all the centropyge complex? like flameback, argi, resplendens etc. this is considered 1 complex right?
  9. never liked africanus unfortunately. hmm.........xanthic bicolor. i won't say it's ugly but i've seen nicer bicolour aberrations that you've posted before. question is will this xanthic morph return back to it's original colour? most xanthic ones i've seen just have their colours reversed in whitish/paler shade. this bicolour lacks the blue entirely lol. looks like a hybrid
  10. keep with joe in his sump. plenty of liverock and pods with a light to prevent it from getting too dark. then ask him to train it on frozen for me!
  11. for a fish this size.... let's just say $30 is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY underpriced..
  12. why so urgent!! the best time for paucifasciatus to arrive will be when you're back from all your trips and once my tank is ready. get a pair and then all set to go! weee
  13. anyway digiman, colinis coming tomorrow at iwarna. i think i might want to try 1 and keep at reefer's place for the time being. might stand a better chance if buy straight from shipment instead of letting them linger in a bare tank at LFS.
  14. Hey! your back?? the frogfish is doing very well under joe's care and is feeding on baby clowns. he's considering selling it though.. -.- you wan buy? lol
  15. no one knows coz never seen before. this is the only picture on the net. i don't even know if its clove. could be a pipe organ. some pipe organs have polyps that look exactly like cloves. such corals will usually cost the same as normal cloves if they turned up unexpectedly as hitchhikers. if the supplier specially sells them at premium prices to LFS, then it's a different story.
  16. coming along nicely. do keep me updated on the white xenia. (it's from indo shipment bought at pasir ris right?) very common and beautiful but doesn't seem to do well for me long term. will proliferate like crazy and then for no reason all will crash. tried them countless of times and always the same results. interested to see how other reefers fare with them
  17. Here's something worth hunting for secretly hoping for them to appear unexpectedly in some shipment...
  18. those aren't that big either. it's about the size of this. B
