  12. remove all the corals you can remove and add the blackback butterfly if you dont mind the trouble, and remove it once it finishes your xenia. bear in mind it may take awhile before it starts eatings them and better to starve it makes it easier.
  13. from my butterfly and angel book by Scott W michael, they readily accept chopped seafood and frozen food once settled down and provided a good home with lots of space.
  14. princess not feeding? try frozen cyclopeeze. irresistable to most anthias. with time they will accept frozen mysis.
  15. not true. clowns can be very aggressive once settled down. especially if they have already hosted something and are defending their area.
  16. dun be discourgaed. sunset anthias is not the easiest anthias to keep. my beautiful gorgeous alpha male MIA yesterday. i removed one rock and i did not know it was hiding inside. when i put the rock back in, i never saw it again.
  17. my angels and butterflies leave my xenia alone. the best butterfly to get rid of xenia is Chaetodon melannotus, aka the blackback butterfly, This butterfly feeds on soft corals in the wild and will make short work of your xenia. down side is it will eat all kinds of soft corals even leather corals, which very few fishes will eat. it will also eat some LPS.
