I recently saw this in aother forum about cleaner wrasse. It seem that wrasse wont last long in captivity so my advise is if you are not an expert, do not purchase this fish although it is cheap but it will affect the ecosystem in the natural reef. "Though a wonderful addition to a tank, cleaner wrasses should not be bought. The reason being is that the removal of them from the oceans impacts in such an immensely negative way, that the coral reefs suffer greatly. Our hobby is threatened by the possibility of sanctions in the USA. We should make every possible step to prevent that from happening. One way to do this is to use only sustainable methods of capturing organisms, removing cleaner wrasses not only hurts the wrasses, but the entire eco-system revolving around them. A much better idea would be to use neon gobys as a parasite remover, because they are easily bred in captivity. "

China people are *expletive* money oriented. they dont care about eco. many things they do are about themselves and $$$. No offence but this is fact! In coming years ahead, their economic are the biggest, you will see more evil! This is really cruel, imagine a fish in the plastic, dying a few day later with no oxygen, no food. this is torture! Please throw a china man into a small chamber, with no food and water and limited oxygen and see how he suffer!

I have about 4 six lines before and individual are quite ok with my other fishes. It is always alone and will not disturb any fishes.

You can have fresh water bath fir the fish but I guess you hardly can caught them in your tank once you put them in. when the tank are more stable and less stress, it will go away.

In order to keep your new livestock chances of survive, nite release into the tanks increase the chance of surviving! Alot more in my opinion!

Yes I using a pump with airstone! I put in a transparent container (from ikea) cos it is easier to keep after that than having a glass tank.

Purple queen anthias are around $4 but I am surprise to see it selling at us$40 in the us online store. Are they different? And it is stated as moderate care but it seem mine is also dying cos they dont eat much. Are they really easy to keep?
