Bro, you better get an external controller for your chiller, it is a good investment.. accurate and power saving. Hailea chillers are notorious for their inaccurate thermostats. A few hours to chill 1 degree doesn't sound right even if it is underpowered.

Haha I figured out the wb setting already, quite high 8.6k or something like that. Just that my LEDs are not in a mixed array like the 110w. The whites are all in a row, the blues in a row. The camera cannot decide where to base the wb values on that's why you see some splotches of blue in the pic.

Bought a rock of zoas and dipped it in a solution of freshwater + Flatworm Exit as usual... The number of hitchhiker pests that fall out is incredible this time round. And most of them are tiny snails that stubbornly stick to the zoa polyps 1 hour after the dip, all polyps are opening up nicely

Giant isopods are known to grow to up to ~1ft, but the specimen above is said to be recovered from 8500ft (2.5km) deep. I don't know what the problem is leh, last night I came home late but still made the effort to spend an hour at the tank feeding and observing... It looked normal. I suspect it is some pest preying on smaller fish. Cos I just woke up! Hahahaha.. I think I will go into full panic mode after I reach the office later and the situation sinks in... Yah man! Super sian... No mood to go office now haha.
