how much can u save??? at the most oso abt $5? why take the risk of nylon stockings tearing and hving rowaphos all over ur main tank???

yes..... more economical to get the larger bottle. YzF, the rowaphos is in coarse sand like form....... u will need a filter bag...... which is sold at most lfs....... if u get rowa from reb@rn..... then no hassle....... they sell the filter bag there too. for smaller bottles of rowa, filter bag comes with it, check with the lfs on this.

this device is actually something like a timer switch..... juz on/off only.... not pulsating current.

i m using my cannister to house carbon, rowaphos, poly filter and filter floss.

rowaphos can try reb@rn.... think they selling at slightly over $100 for a 1 liter bottle.

i m using tunze...... dunno abt the other brands.....

IMO, the paper type thermometer is extremely inaccurate...... from my experience.

mine were not pumping initially. now they r doing well. both the white and the yellow ones. bro scarab, i got the denitrator today....... but it leaks....... changing a new one 2 moro....... but seems like they out of stock at the moment....... @#$# 2 maximas (teardrop and blue) and the derasa died on me too........ dunno what is wrong....... maybe it is b coz of the rockscaping i did the other day due to rockslide.
