do another 25% water change...... think it is abt time 2. change ur testkits to other more reliable ones, e.g. salifert. sera has been reknown to be quite inaccurate amongst reefers' opinion here in src. bio balls and rings how? remove them!!! if u hv existing LS in ur tank, and u r afraid that by removing all the bio balls and rings, ur system might not be able to take it, then remove it in stages. e.g. 1/4 this week, 1/4 2weeks later, so on and so forth. in the meantime, can invest in more LRs or hv a DSB for bio filtration. upgrade to a better skimmer....... problem does not lie only wif the pump. juz me 2 cents worth of advice.

it depends on what diameter u r after, if it is quite standard, then can find at most hardware stores, e.g. rochor rd.

most denitrators comes with one hassle. u need patience and time to tune it. it doesn't work wonders in a short period of time and IMHO, it's far more difficult to tune than a CR.

juz to add, i think doing several water changes might help, but plz make sure to spread it out over a period of time and not do several water changes in a day!!! juz to make clear.

deltec epoxy can be found in ML. tunze epoxy........ at u know where.....

basically, that's what cycling is all abt. get it over and done with once and for all. for addition of corals wait till u achieve zero readings in ammonia and NO2. bound to hv some NO3 readings. do a 20 to 30% water change then slowly add in LS and relative easy maintenance corals first.
