  1. nassarius r scavengers, eat detritus, uneaten food, etc. they dun graze on algae.

  11. Coraline algae fading in ur tank has little to do wif turbo snails. check ur lightings, photoperiod and most imptly, ur calcium levels. dripping kalk, by far, shld be the moost economical way to bring out the coraline algae.

  14. hv u tried other types of fish traps? there r a few interesting ideas in the forum, success varies from tank to tank.
  15. Hmmmmm....... andy, do u hv any lps or softies? coz i wanna find out if the zeovit (from my humble 2 cents, i think it works by starving the water paras of nutrients) will affect those other non-sps corals.

  18. harlequin shrimps only feed on echinoderms, primarily starfish, and a few urchin species. It will eat starfish (Linckia, Fromia sp.)
  19. as long as water paras r ok, u can safely keep up to 3 to 5 in ur tank, but IMHO, why not juz try 1 out first b4 making further purchases. alternatively, u can try 1 sand sifter star and 1 sea cuke.
