I am strongly against the idea of the Singapore Government giving the "green light" to built 2 casinos. no doubt, it will boost our economy, infrastructure, etc........ but pls do take a moment to think about the cons. potential high crime rate, broken families resulting from compulsive gambling, social ills, etc....... will your children be able to roam ard the streets in Singapore safely at nite ever again? One's loss is another's gain....... increase in national revenue thru casinos, what about the drop in domestic retail sales. there's an old chinese saying, shi du, jiu shu.......... (loosely translated into....... out of 10 that gambled, 9 will lose.) Citizens of Singapore do not even have a right to vote. why? Religious institutions are against the idea. why? sigh........ juz hoping that this will not turn out to be 1 great mistake...... yup. nasty buggers. do scan thru all ur corals immediately b4 they spread from ur elegance to other potential hosts. administering freshwater dips, use of salifert flatworm exit, plucking them out with a pair of tweezers, etc r juz some of the ways.

due to high pH of kalkwasser, indeed the pump will break down sooner or later.

great looking dude....... IMHO, a little sand is indeed more aesthetically pleasing than a true BB. (juz like what i hv 2 , juz that i'm using the largest grade of live sand u can ever find to prevent sand storm )

i hv a 3" neon dottyback. like wht DA said, it will attack tiny ornamental shrimps. but it is ok wif blood shrimps and peppermint shrimps...... as long as they r not 2 small.
