try feeding it wif lettuce ( the kind they use to wrap popiah wif). my yellow tang loves it.

i think u should try using seachem denitrator.

why not try using seachem denitrator? monitor ur nitrate levels....... continue changing 20% of ur water fortnightly........ once u discovered that ur nitrate levels starts to climb even wif fortnight water changes, i think it is advisable to change ur denitrafication media.

looks like some form of aitapsia to me.

i invested in a $38 bottle of beneficial bacterial 2 mths ago....... seems to hv work for me....... i would definitely recommend it.

feeding dt live planktons and mysis shrimp alone, issit enuff for all corals.

IMO, jewel corals r relatively easy to keep, juz make sure u maintain ur water parameters and give them enuff lights. feed them wif dt live planktons every three days...... that's what i do, and my jewel coral r opening up nicely....... even my clownfishes think my jewel is an anemone, keeps playing with it everyday.....

IMO, leave it too....

i drip my kalk using a diy kalk dripper which controls the flowrate to about 6 drips per minute for a 3 ft tank.....

i m using a 2026 cannister filter wif a internal filter, but have never experience ur problem b4, all i can say is most likely it will clear up soon.

nowadays, there r alot of unethical lfs around....... there's nothing we can do about it........ look at rebo**, they stuff like hundreds of LS in one tank..... OMG!!!!!

my clownfishes always cuddle up wif my jewel coral.......

when i setted up my tank, i juz dumped all the LRs into my tank and let it cycle....... wif whatever pests there r in the tank........ but if u want to safeguard urself against unwanted pests, esp..... mantis shrimp....... u can always prepare a tub or pail of saltwater wif salinity at about 1.03 to 1.035....... leave ur newly bought LRs in there for about 10 to 15 mins...... guarantee whatever that lives in the rocks will die!!!!

i suggest u throw away the hammer if u got other corals or ls in ur tank or else the hammer might rot in no time and harm the rest....... better give up a tree and save the entire forest....

the arrangement of ur LRs all depends on ur own creativity, there's no right all wrong answers to it...... juz buy all the LRs u need first and arrange them there and then....... no use thinking about it right now as u dun even know what size and shape r available for u to show ur creativity......

DT itself is the brand...... it contains live planktons....... u can get it from 1 of SRC's sponsors.... bio-ocean....... at yck.

i m using dt live planktons.... but quite ex....... about 20 to 22.

my fire gobies keep dying on me..... dunno why....... thought they were one of the easiest fishes to keep??? the rest of my fishes r okie.... and they were of a harder category to keep....... like tangs, mandarins, blennies....... anyone can help???? tank parameters: temp: 26.5 kh about 9 ph 8 ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate about 40
