can oso, chromis r cheap and not as territorial as damsel. but i find chromis not as hardy as damsel.

30% maybe too much...... might stress ur fishes and inverts.... try to do lesser but more often.

if u hv a budget, then go for PL or PC.

IMO, when u wanna keep tangs of the same species together, u should buy them together and release them at the same time into ur tank. but if u do so otherwise, u will most probably suffer fatalities....... so my advise will be to keep only one tang for now in ur situation.

try cheap damsel fishes first.

those who r buying LRs, take a look in saturday's classified section on aquarium. u will come across a ad from toa payoh blk 126 aquarium. think the name of the aquarium is EYAN. think they r offering LRs at $4/kg. went there b4, not bad considering the price. my colleague bought about 80 to 100kg from him for his 5ft tank. think the owner gave him special price of about $3/kg. now, where can u find such a good price. no kidding!!!!

IMO, whether they r brighter or not all depends on the kelvin right. think ATI T5 is either 12000k or 14000k. check it out from eaquanature.
