tetra is the brand of the product nitrateminus!!! and it is good for both fresh and saltwater. actually, i've bought from petmart yesterday for $8 per bottle. juz wanna get reviews on this product whether it is good or not...... only problem is i m not able to bury all the nitrateminus pellets in the sand....... therefore, i dump the rest of the pellets in a surmersible bag and put it in my filter media. wonder it works or not........ b cos the pellets should be buried evenly wif the gravel according to the packaging. anyone can help!!!

dunno about how u determine good service. but this is my experience. actually i was quite interested in a 3-branch orange tip torch coral, which they r selling at ard $35. then i ask the owner whether can i adjust it to take a good look. he said no. i hack care him and adjusted it anyway when he's not looking. knew what i found out???? the truth is the torch coral only hv 2 branches instead of 3. the 3rd branch had died off and had been chopped off....... and the chopped off branch was hidden from the main tank's view. i immediately alerted the owner and instead of telling me off for moving his torch, he offerred me a lower price to get rid of the coral. now now....... u tell me is that good service & reasonability or what????

yes. octozin is definitely reef safe as i hv used it myself. but do not expect octozin to be a miracle cure. ich will go but will come again if u r not careful. 1 small octozin bottle comes wif 21 tablets. the medication is a 3 day course. 7 tablets per day for a 158 litres tank (about 3 ft). switch off skimmer, uv, take out carbon, chemi pure, etc. during treatment.

juz went down to petmart yesterday. they no stock for octozin oredi.
