cannot really rell u which is better, it's all up to u. but least for me, i hv never used sea water b4. ask urself these questions, the sea water i bought from lfs, issit cycled? did they add any additives? if they did, which exact additives did they add? r the sea water parameters right? issit safe? many more questions......... that's why i rather use salt mixed.

anyone knows how much does the dymax replacement tubes cost? white or blue? since someone has oredi comfirmed that it is not actinic blue, dun think i will be getting it, pointless, i rather go for FLs, e.g. zoomed coral sun. coz at least i know for sure that it is true actinic blue.

hi bros, i m only going to use the T5s to supplement the actinic blue effect as i m currently utilizing 2x 150W 10000k MH. color looks a bit yellow. my question is the 30W dymax Bulbs, r they marine blue or actinic blue. it makes a difference. or shall i do away with all the hassle and juz get FLs to supplement the actinic blue. coz at least i noe for sure i will get the true actinic blue effect. e.g. using zoomed coral sun 420Nm.

so let's say i buy the dymax 3ft T5s and i wanna use 39W ATI/Deltec?Aqualight T5 tubes. all i need to do is to replace the e ballasts right? if this is so, where can i get the osram quicktronic e ballast?
