huh??? there is no pump in the atman chiller...... but true enuf the eliwell in a way controls the cutting in and out of the comp by relay.

bro, why r u still using the internal thermostat controller since u r using the eliwell?

but where to hook ir up at the main...... the moment i c the wiring diagram and the chinese instructions, i fainted. do u think u can help me with it??? any time u r free......

appreciate ur sincere concerns nutx, dun worry, i noe the basic rules of the game. i introduced the sps/rics slowly. 1 by 1. moreover, i buy some, i oso sell some. hv monitored my parameters closely. currently, NO3 is at abt 20 to 30ppm using salifert, kh is abt 9dkh, ph is abt 8.2, calcium is at abt 440ppm to 460 ppm. i m oso doing water change once every 2 to 3 wks.

hi bro, know that u hv a atman chiller using a external thermostat controller. what i wanna ask r as follows, how often does ur chiller runs after u hv set to a differential of 2 degrees? which brand of thermostat controller r u using? issit good? i hv a eliwell controller at hand, but heard that the temp probe is not water proof. where do u place the probe? i oso hv the same chiller as urs. most imptly, i need to know how u hook up the controller to the chiller and how to disable the chiller's controller?

my purple tang also hv the above mentioned syndrome. 2 wks liao. but it is feeding garlic soaked food well.

Green / blue rics colony abt 8 polyps, i got from An# L@@ in AMK.

the one and only crocea clam left after selling 4 of them over the wkend.

wonder why??? though i hv over 15 specimens of sps and 7 clams all abt 4 to 6" big, i dun seem to hv a calcium intake in my tank. i measure with salifert calcium test kit once a week and it always hovers ard 430 to 470ppm. initially, i thought of getting a calcium reactor. but dun seem to hv a need for it. my regime is i dose calcium once a week, drip kalk daily and do 20% water change every 2 to 3 wks.

thk u for the nice comments...... u be surprised that i got none of my rics from ML directly. i got them from reefers and AN@ Le# in AMK. CalciumReef, Woonming and Deepblue must be proud to c how the rics r blooming in my tank. thks for the nice specimens guys!!!!
