Thanks bro for the advice. Very good point that u have highlighted. I using 6 x Ati sunpower n 2 x DE T5. The fixture can be moved forward or backward. So I can still make adjustment when is needed. I looking forward to the day to buy some frags frm u to try when the tank is ready!

I still remember those days when i used a pincer to catch the nudis. It grow so big that it roam ard freely when the lights are on! Even the wrasse i kept find it not so tasty to consume! hahaha

Haha yeah keep some zoas but not too much ..very scared of nudis when buy as a whole. Dip alresdy still haf eggs..,

Hi bro! The rock near the vortech is part of the scaping to create more caves for fishes. Not sure if any corals can withstand the wm frm that angle. Yap, just nice for a flipper magnet cleaner to go thru. Very observant of u! Hehe

DIY light for cheato. Using a Philip 9W led 6700k bulb n bought a reflector at balestier. Left and right side of the baffle has black arcylic to prevent light spillage n avoid excessive algae growth.

Hi bro! Using Hailea 0.5hp Chiller, tested it and seems okay. Intending to set temp 26 to 27.5 degree once the corals r in but would need a temperature controller. Not sure if the shop at Sim Lim Tower, basement is still ard....much cheaper to get from there....

Purposely max out the sump tank for DSB and cheato but not much space in the cabinet left for me to put fish food, supplements....hahaha....

Hi guys. Pics of CR setting up the cabinet and tank yesterday. The whole process took abt 4hrs and another back breaking 5hrs of cleaning, filling with freshwater and equipment by me. Haha... Doing it for the third time but I having sore arms, legs n neck nw! Haha Overall good job done by CR. Very helpful and accommodating. As a kiasu n kiasi owner, testing the tank for leakage and equipment are functioning properly anot. Also to test out the wave created by mp60 and tunze 6095/7092.

Hi Bro. Yes, you are right....i think it makes sense to go BB in the DT based on the flow rate that i am trying to achieve unless i am going for larger sand grain size of 5 - 10mm. Looks like i have to abandon the 'natural' look w/o a ssb......
