Just gave the skimmer a thorough wash. Lets' see what the skimmate gona be like the next few days/weeks. (Currently no additives/supplements are added, just pellets and probably some frozen food)

Was pondering if i should place it in the sump or overflow compartment?? Finally decided on the latter as i think the flow rate be much higher. The 'net' of bio pellet is located at the second compartment....

Some pics of the biopellet, used abt 1/2 of 1000ml. Decided to use a 'net' (compliments from irwana) instead of a FR.

hehe no fishes for the next 4 weeks or so, wana try out the biopellet first...

Yap i was, my mum and sis was overjoyed. haha..... I definitely hope so, the percs was feeding straight away when i add in the tank..

And the skimmer went bonkers after the mysis shrimp......wet skimmate, hopefully chiller arrive soon as the rapid evaporation rate affects the water level.

Looks like i own Mr 'Comet' an apology....hehe..... And to make up for it, i bought some live mysis shrimp to entice him to eat....

And last night, i found her partner in the sump tank, at the return (last compartment)! I not sure how he swim to the sump but i pretty sure all corners/holes are covered. Wah a sigh of relief..........

Started already lor, added the percs and comet. Just check with my mun who is at home now, cant seem to find the perc's body and re-cfm by her that the comet tummy seems fat. Whole day sian 1/2, like no mood to work. Think i suffering from some kinda of 'down-depression' syndrome from the demise of the percs' haha.... I think i might have to change my 'wish list' now, have to go for slighty bigger and faster moving fishes.....

Didnt manage to take pics last nite. Anyway some sad sad sad news, the 'smaller' perc gone MIA??!! It was feeding well on pellets and pods yesterday and last saw it at 1.30am (Before the 'blue' led lights went off). Woke up at 4am to pee...didnt saw it then and i thought it was sleeping somewhere or something. Finally before i went to work this morning, cant locate it. But.....Comet tummy seems fatter than before (And it rejected pellets last nite). Hmm..........

haha........well wed sat & sun got 4D mah, the rest of the days try luck at TOTO lor...

Wah 1 piece 2k? Not so exp lah unless those super duper exotic. hehe..... Heard on the 20th March or so, CF cming in another batch of aussie shippment.
