btw u notice how clownfishes hang ard at one part of the aquarium? mine when i put it in last nite, it just hangs ard at the front of the tank. nvr swimming around...

Tks to hongxian for info on Kwang's Aquarium - i went there yday and saw lotsa good looking fishes and their prices were reasonable. i bot the black common clownfish, veri nice.. and the guy recommended frozen mysis shrimp for food. Today I tried feeding him and he took a few bites but spit the shrimp out. issit the pieces are too big? or he is not ready to eat yet? or he doesnt eat mysis shrimp at all? BTW, the mysis shrimp is kyorin brand made in China....not the hikaru one....

Hmmmm me gonna get some fishes over the weekend, so can u guys recommend a great LFS that has healthy fish and not overpriced? Personally I think MarineLife should be all right in that sense, but any other LFS?

Right - by that i meant any great bargains to be found there since i am going there for a holi, just tot might as well check out the LFS there? I think I am thinking along the lines of fish food, equipment... livestock and rock is a no-no... If you guys know ani good LFS there, please post the address here? Tks!

hi there Sinn, wat u mean by internal length? the measurements i took are all external, if u mean the internal dimensions guess its smaller den the external dimensions! i dun tink its 23 inches, the tank is 16(L) by 10(W) by 10(H) inches.

In your opinion, wats the best food for marine fishes? is there such a food tts erm PERFECT? i wana know wat kind of food tt will feed both herbivores n carnivores, not introduce unwanted stuff into the water (eg. phosphates) and not too expensive..... wat u guys think abt spirulina algae? issit good? no but now u said it i recall that the ratio is about 1 to 4? its a trade off i guess.... but also may look into other methods of phosphate removal?
