  1. this thread looks like half equipment and half sps thread...maybe the mods may move it to the equipment folder. anyway i think this CR will not be enough to support a full sps system of 700l. its more suitable for smaller tanks. i am using e replica of it and my tank is 150l. but as a CR brand, Koralin is good stuff. Good choice there!
  2. haha. definitely a moon! cheers..i especially liked the sky blue acro. is that a stag?
  3. dude the pics do not do justice to your tank man. seeing it live in person, its really eye popping... love the aquascaping... btw the last coral looks interesting...
  4. i have to agree with lightningstrike on this. The zeovit method to me is much more work than a normal system. For existing tanks like mine, it wont make much sense - ROI wont come till later... and risks on existing livestock as well. but if u say to start a new tank, i wouldnt mind going for this from the start!
  5. ya Nature is the one near novena mrt, balestier.

  7. i am looking for a sally lightfoot crab. as small as possible please!
  8. Dude! i noticed you made the same mistake as me..... your regulator is the 1 stage type. i was using that and it doesnt do the job. It is very difficult to get a good n stable bubble count on that. u need to get a 2-stage regulator so that the pressure can be step down... When i was using the single stage type, i had alot of problems with it...caused PH fluctuations...think of the single stage type as a normal tap - a simple twist just opens a certain amount of CO2 and then the pressure is reduced later... u better go get 2-stage one asap. It costs around $120 at Nature (solenoid+2stage regulator). i try to dig out mi own thread for your reference...
  9. wow lightning, u even read the ST over there ah? wah... why everytime increase only, no decrease! another reason not to get a beckett! haha......

  18. hey dude, ever tot of using those reflective material for ur base like those in RC did? den can avoid STN over time due to insufficient lighting? i might be wrong about this tank being sps but e lighting says it should be. hehe.
  19. u know wat, this zeovit thing to me hor, is the same thing as reducing nitrates and phosphates and DOCs and nutrients to allow ur sps to color up. nothing new, just another way to accomplish the same thing. so be it DSBs, fuge, sump, etc... its just many of the ways to accomplish low nutrient environment for our SPS. i however feel its quite aggressive though judgin from u guys posted, just like the irritating carbon thingy. so i guess must dose little bit at a time but regularly right...which is a PITA if u ask me. think most of the other current methods are less PITA methods!
  20. nope bro, there was a green one going for ten. i need some greens la. haha.....
