it might be possible that one doesnt feed his fishes alot and much less coral food, and that the skimmate is teacolored throughout? mine has 3 fishes n 1 shrimp, few corals...tea color all the way...

like ufo said, the fans for computers are not durable enuff. run them 24/7 and they will burn out? looks like still have to go back to the fish shop to buy!

tanzy u read mi mind. i do have tat idea, of cos consideration is material - i wan not too heavy wood but strong enuff to erm hold the light tubes. it beats the hood thingy. neater n simpler to do this way. but theres less air circulation. need to get more fans!
