Anyone out there try to conceal Tunze or Seio using Rocks. Got complaint from my father-in-law that this CCTV look ugly in my tank.... i am thinking of using Tonga rocks (those fine branches type) to conceal it. so far anyone try that?

Too many different thoughts. there are ppl telling me to put Bioballs into the overflow box. and Coral Chips into sump tank? now... i am confused the design of my cabinet make it hard for me to move the sump tank.. and the sump tank wif water is heavy

Anyone put Bioballs in their overflow box? i am thinking of putting bioballs inside the overflow box and have a filter on the opening of the overflow box to filter the dirt. care to share

forget abt getting permit lah... i have friends who is keeping more than 30 3feet tank of discus... so far no problem.. only one time got ppl sabo him and HDB officer visit his house and give warning.. after that...just go off and life resume...>> more tanks

i think u should seriously consider getting a bigger unit. Seio 820. I am currently using Seio 820 for my 3ft tank. i find the said model not so strong. Anyway i heard from ML that a bigger model than 8220 will be launch. I got my seio 820 at $65 from PET MART. but going for a tunze maybe going for 2.

if noise isnt an issue that i think you guys can try to get resun. Heard my friend resun...sound like old aircon compressor... For me..i think i am getting other quieter chiller once my cabinet is ready...as i am someone who cannot tahan NOISE... and i want STABILITY..RELIABILITY.. so some $$ spend is also worth IMHO... ** heard from a friend of mine who has been using TECO for 5 years yet no problem** i think its better to spend...$$$ in long run
