hi.. in my 2 cents.. if u are doing 24/7 skimming and water change weekly... feeding ur fishes 3-5 times a day its ok... but of cos within a range of 5 mins each time... u also have to see wat type of food u feed (eg: flakes, pellets, mysis. blar blar blar) lots of guru here will have the more details explanations... just monitor ur sps, as long as the color stays... u shld be able to feed... if it turns slightly brown.. mabb its time for a WC again or stop feeding that much... u shld know ur trash hole within a mth of how much to feed ur fishes..
