Setup is abt 3 years? Roughly ard there.. Sps lost it's color and now trying to fixed the problem... Used to haf very vivid color sps inside when I use a cr.. B ut haf dosing.. Seems like can't really color up my sticks to mY expectations

Something I discovered today.. Radion side --> lots of diatom bloom and needs to cleAn glass every 2 days Mh side clean and only required to clean like every 5 days.. Conclusion --> does led Leads to more diatom bloom..? Recently I also just changed My sump and did about 50% water change.. Could also be the reason.. Let's find out in the nxt week

yupz but only on the fast grower like chilli pepper monti... purple digitata also abit of growth.. however, i dunno izzit my water para no good or watever reason,,, my sps just wont colour up... one reason i can think of is mabb my nutrient too low.. but i also have algae.. which is y im puzzled... finding ways to colour up my sticks for the moment..

Been 2 weeks after radion, Results --> Mh side is not doing well... could be due to the more direct lights they are getting now cos MH is shifted to their top instead of at the side all these while.. corals shows sign of stress as poly extension reduce... Radion --> everything been good... clams opening up wider, but my stylo is not responding well to it due to it being bleach by the LED, have shifted it to the bottom of the tank but still shown signs of stress... rest of the corals responding well specially my stag and chill pepper monti, can see some growth tips coming out and monti starting to grow... will update again with pic after another 2 weeks...

My input after 2 weeks of PO4. Results --> red slime gone, SPS slightly colour up... algae grown slow down by a fold... keeping finger crossed and hope no side effects coming out.. thx...

yupz.. hang them side by side... same height.. coverage is good.. but if u ask me, strictly speaking.. MH coverage still wider.. can really tell the diff... but radion coverage is not bad as well.. definately JUST NICE for a 2footer... for 3 footer wise.. using 2 radion is definately recommanded... the best part abt radion = now i dun need to switch on my lights... everything is done automatically through their program inside... tts wat i like.. and the light selection is amazing... now is to try out for at least 3 mths to see the difference..

James --> how big is ur tank? U comparing a radion with ur DIY led side by side? I'm doing them side by side and can't really tell the difference... Pretty good to me,, will be observing it a while more... Solo--> yopz.. Got a unit from Ken

just started using it.. got it from the states at 30 usd. will share results soon... so far, not much diff from my rowaphos... Running it in a reactor.. H2Ocean.

+2 for sump... NV NV a canister for marine.. 1st setup also canister.. regret totally... just do a proper and nice sump.. will keep u satisfied... if u need any design and plan.. mabb can pm me and we discuss... cos im thinking of redoing my sump also.. can exchange ideas as i just realised sump design is very very impt too.. cheers
