hi bro 1. both internal or external, your preference 2. can support up to 200g, which is 800l, 4x1.2x1.5 is less than 200l, 4 times overskim 3. noise level is a bit subjective, imo its quieter than my deltec skimmer lol 4. no feeding pump included, can just purchase a dymax or atman 2000-3000l pump, app $30. or do gravity feed if required can help you to setup cheers
