just came back from SEALIFE.... Good news for reefers looking for PBT....lots of 2-3 inches size available now! feeding on pellets...Go and Buy! lots of small size purple tangs still available....and pui pui blood shrimps... (note: pls do not pm me to ask for price....kindly call them to avoid misunderstanding) PBT refers to powder blue tang...and they are from maldives...stable already...

my fav too!

better throw them away....esp if they are bobbit worms... brittle worms may not be the culprit...there has been articles written about the survivability of maxima clams in captivity...sometimes, they just die for no reason after a few months....

ok lah...coz i dun go CF, LCK and pasir ris farms....those areas will take me half-a-day....and i try to clear my work asap..haha...and sometimes when i'm out for mtg, i will pop by LFS... will join yr lunch gathering next round...this week quite hectic for me...next week will chio binosage either at GO or AM....haven't got the opportunity to meet up with the rest of the reefers....

haha...no choice....i always find myself rushing in-and-out of LFS...that's y i usually take a break after getting my stuffs to warm down b4 heading home.......if not my CO will start to text me to ask me when i'm coming home....unless i cheong after 9pm...that's where i have complete personal time...but by then most LFS closed liao except AM....i recalled the last time i went to reaper's place to collect the rocks from him was 9.30pm, by the time i left his place was 10.30pm...haha... also another reason y, if i catch up on movies...will be either friday / sat midnight.... so i either go LFS during office hrs, straight after work or late in the evening during weekdays...

yup...will be a LPS + anthias dominated tank.... To prevent my CO from nagging too much....i will split into 2 days...Sat afternoon cheong down to collect chiller, hook it up and decomm my nano tank....Sun afternoon cheong down to AM....then next week hunt for anthias + frogspawn / hammer for my clowns to sleep....these few days they have been sleeping on sand bed.... Have to clear my nano tank before month end....my CO's order...

not yet....this sat collect chiller and skimmer 1st...then next week cheong LFS for randall anthias, squaretop anthias, majesty queen anthias, ventetta anthias and a small size turtle tang....

Mitlancer, You can collect my tank as well as to view the cabinet n cannister this coming Sat evening after 9pm or Sunday evening after 9pm....or next week evening, mon-fri, after 7pm.... This sat i will need to go and collect my chiller around noon time and to drop by AM to get a pump and NSW....so will be quite busy during the day....after that got to bring my family out for dinner....

Let yr water stabilised first.... From the way i c...the tank probably is not cycled plus adding too many fishes at one time... Check yr salinity level also.... Fishes breathing heavily usually means 2 things - lack of oxygen in the tank and high levels of ammonia / nitrite.... lack of oxygen cd be due to heavy bioload and lack of flow in the tank... Ammonia spike can be due to absence of biological filteration... Does the tank has a sump or is run by cannister?

initially i housed my biohomme in the 2nd compartment of my cannister, but not that effective till i housed them in the 3rd compartment....the plus point is, i dun c any brown algae growing on my rocks and sand bed anymore....except for green algae on the back of my tank.... i think for biohomme, u need to place them in low flow area...
