price of yumas fluctuate...if can wait, u can get one big rock at a super bargain price there's nothing much at AM...lots of big fire shrimps and cleaner shrimps...i think one guy was looking for them...

i say go for LED...LED for nano is better...coz u dun wan too much heat from MH n u r not keeping sps

looks good...but lighting not strong enough...your clam turning brown...one suggestion is to install JBJ viper MH...minimal space as it is clip on and u get to admire your corals from top view...otherwise, your tank looks good!

as wat i have predicted...u r about to enter phrase 2 of sps poisoning... i think it will be very interesting to see your IQ tank that has a pipe that leads to a 4ft "sump" tank underneath and another return pipe that goes back to the IQ tank..n to c your colleagues gather around your desk during lunch time sitting on the floor watching the sump tank...

from the way i c...i won't be surprise if u install a 4ft tank underneath your desk

i can give u my 4x2x2 tank with sump if u want...matter of time i want to decomm and start another one...but u have to arrange for tank movers like sgbros to help you shift and fix up the pipings...unfortunately my cabinet's condition not too good... can save u some $$$ n u can use the rebate to get a good skimmer

personally i have not tried turtle queen...no harm giving it a try, they ain't expensive...but weaning them to take pellets will be a challenge...esp if u have one or 2 stubborn ones...

u will need skimmer...as i can c u have a couple of angels...they produce alot of poo and waste....n they need heavy feeding to keep up with their needs...your current system of relying on biohomme is not enough...algae scrubber can help with some nutrient export, but not enough to keep up with the amt of waste these angels and tangs will produce...just my opinion...watever works for u...

lyretail still ok...personality quite mild...

very nice...dispar quite alright...goes well with lyetail which ah beng brings in quite often... squareback is more aggressive and grows big

i know lah...wat they r doing...from our perspective is out of this world...bcoz we have this conventional idea that blue tang is meant for big tanks...n that has been drilled into our minds... i think if you recall, the last Aquarama, they kept clowns together with goldfishes or something in freshwater... we choose wat we can accept... i think this pushcart will bring some biz to LFS...bcoz when the owners get these nanos...they will start to explore the world of reefing and will likely consider having proper set-up...this is how some of us started...

let me put it this way...if we keep harbouring about ethics...everyone here should be vegetarian already...tell me which business in this world does not have any negative impact on the environment, people, families, relationships, etc... we cannot accept wat this pushcart is doing because we are brainwashed / somewat educated to think that it is not "right" to have a blue tang in a nano....and this does not make sense....bcoz the fish will outgrow the tank and the owner will throw away the fish somewhere....wait a minute...this is jumping into negative conclusion...why we don't think that the owner will start to think about going seriously into reefing and getting a proper tank to sustain these fishes?....why must we always think of something negative?...
