You can try shifting yr hydor slightly towards the front. Your flow looks good for SPS and also yr rockscape allows u to plant some SPS on top.

My mobilisation used to be pasir ris camp....admire you bro ambystorm...you walk inside. Reef depot dun bring much stuffs, but usually exotic ones...i nvr had the chance to see them coz the minute they touch down, grab ka liao. I hope to c the australian corals this time.

Iodide is good for softies like mushies...but dun dose too much..will promote diatoms. I din know abt this until one day, i read somewhere from a reefer in US that says iodide will cause diatoms or this brown algae to grow rapidly. A few drops into the tank weekly will do.

Your shui shui orchid brain put on the sandbed or somewhere below will be better. Their tentacles come out only at night, so they feed when lights are off.

Sistar, Since you are using hang-on filter, make sure no bubbles going into the waters...bad for corals and fishes...they dun like bubbles. I suggest you do w/o that hang-on filter. Dose nitrifying bacteria into your waters to help with recycling. Do not switch on yr lights during cycling.
