Yesterday was my 1st time there at AM@katong...quite a nice and spacious place...how i wish they put some chairs there to sit down for coffee and take yr time to choose the corals or fishes..lolx...find their prices pretty reasonable...wat do you guys think?

Anybody went down to Reborn yesterday or today? Any nice corals there? Looking for mushies and brains...

Preferably to target feed... Actually for most LPS corals...for best growth is to target feed, read about this from a pro from reef central.

Went to AM@Katong....nothing spectacular....saw a purple chalice..not bad except partially injured... Lots of clams there...maxima and croceas...saw 2 green colours...not too bad, acceptable quality, if you are not too picky. 2 left over digitas...i think...not into SPS. Saw 2 sea hares...1.5 inches big. Quite a lot of dartfishes left....and a huge eel (black with white stripes)

That time very noob...bought already then realised too powerful. This afternoon went to AM@Katong to see see look look...not much stuffs left...bought a palm size green acan (2 red notes) and a red echinophyllia (2 red notes and 8 bucks)...quite happy with my harvest. Will post pictures tomorrow.

I dun know the real name...it looks like leaves to me n ugly...so i called it leaf trigger...lolx. Actually they r a poor thing, coz if nobody buys...its a matter of time they die....and left in rubbish chute...i m not a supporter of LFS bringing trigger / file fishes...coz they need lots of space, not coral and fish friendly and demand is very low...shd not bring these fishes in.

Shipment coming in at 5pm this evening. Still got majestic, emperor, koran and regal angels to top-up your tank, bro... Those looking for rhino supersuns, RB still have 5 more, saw only one active with tentacles sticking out...that one can buy. Some clams....from 3-5 inches. Lots of hammers, jewels and gonios....seems not too popular nowadays. Still have algae blennies, cardinals, black tomato clowns and leaf triggers that look really ugly....

If the corals last i dun mind paying premium....but if mati....heart pain...

Did they provide an itemised quotation to you listing the type of equipments, pipings, type & brand of lightings, what is the type of wood they using for yr cabinet, etc...? Or just a ballpark figure? I'm sure you saw their display tanks and i m sure AM one is definitely more appealing... You can list down some of the equipments like protein skimmers, lightings,etc...and let the lau jiaos here advised you whether you r getting a good deal. I was quoted from RD for $20k for a 3ft german system with protein skimmer, calcium reactor, etc...everything in.

Think jap supersun still have one left...saw it last week...not advisable to buy..left over stock from CNY shipment.

lol...GO is addictive...coz place is small, but cramp with gems and is aircon. No rush...can take yr time to choose and later can chill out at nearby coffee shop 4 teh tarik and roti prata.

Shipments always come when i got no money....and when i got money, it is those left over. But then, the good thing, i got offer price...thats the consolation and i dun have to compete with other reefers blocking my way...can slowly take my time to choose.

The blue mushies are from JM...$35 per rock (5 months with me liao). Initially, purple...because of pro-long T5 lighting, they became blue. So far, that maroon clown is doing alright...not that aggressive. If you want, you can have it, FOC. Colour is dark red.

If you go last week there are a lot of regal and some majestic....think now bo liao...i went on the shipment day, already people scooping these fishes.
