Filled with water and using dead rocks this time round ..

Manage to get a tank from my buddy reefer ... so decided to keep zoas and lps... 2 x 2 x 1 ft .. external overflow with a sump tank.. going for simple setup.. using par 38 and fan to cool the temperature.. not using skimmer as not going to keep fishes..

yeah cheap and gd. mine at around 1.020. i feed alot of times... lol.. they usually can finish up in less then 1min..

yeah use alot of salt. now using skimz salt. they have high PH so far so gd. after a week water abit yellow green? fishes not eating sa much. so now i reduce the feeding amount.hopefully can drag the changing water longer.

Did 2 x 50% of water change in 2 weeks.. Doubt I can change water only 3weeks.. seem like need to change water every 1 week...

not yet.. maybe will on a few hours each day and see if it helps. Do u think i should wait till water change to green then on or ?

Water maybe is feed too much? Skimmer still ok, and using cotton wool which I change every 3 days. This rock scape don't have any dead spot...

Thanks bro, yeah have been adding some fishes lately ...have to stop already.. hopefully the 3 MI can survive ...brought them as they are all eating on pellets.. I notice a few months back, the French and half moon started to hid behind the tank..and only come when they are hungry..once full in hiding mode again... not sure why. The dwarf half moon doesn't eat... don't think can make it... try many pieces before and not successful ... My water have to change half tank weekly!! If not the water turn green.. Any ideal how to drag the changing water part longer?
