Shrimp is about 2 inches long. Found the following description on a website : - The Saron Shrimp, Green may grow to 2 inches. Carnivore. The Saron marmoratus is generally peaceful toward other tankmates. Reef-safe. Many consider the Saron marmoratus a low-maintenance specimen. Not venomous. Scavenger that likes to sift through sand. Be careful with copper-based medication and extreme nitrate levels. Needs places to hide after molting. Requires iodine for proper molting. Saron marmoratus (Olivier 1811), Marble or Saron Shrimp. Found throughout the tropical Indo-Pacific. Usually collected out of Hawai'i for the U.S., the Red Sea for European markets. Usually found in pairs in the wild. Will fight to the death if same ###### individuals are placed together. Males with much longer first pair of walking/fighting legs. Gets along fine with fishes, other crustaceans.
