I stay at seng kang. compassvale street I have 3X2X2 tank + sump. tank is 5 year old. suddenly morning I heard pump making noise, then go closer I notice my main tank leak. all 4 side of main tank is dry. all side of tank I see seems ok I suspect the base got problem. leak amount 1 drip of water per 5 sec. I think I might want to reseal. if tank replace ,if it is beyond repair I need to replace a tank. it is not easy to find the same tank and have to re-pipe. last choice is to quit marine tank that with me for 10 years. Reseal I will like to ask where can I get a big tub. what glue to use? any silicon is ok? if replace a tank can also help to give me a tank maker contact?

This week i buy 4 stage DI/RO system 2nd hand first i install then while making the water, i drink a glass, it taste seems good. but then after a few days, i filling another pail of water and i drink again. the taste is different, it is a bit sour or bittle. i wonder what happen to water or i do anything wrong, because i did open up the membrane comartment and close it back. other 3 stage i did not touch, meaning water inside. then i though maybe later water will be ok, so i collected big 1 pail of water ready. then i try again , the taste is still not nice. i did google a bit, USA drink DI water seems is normal. but in singapore some forum include sgreefclub dont recommand to drink. any 1 have commance on trying out DO/RO water?

NO3 i measure 1 per 2 week always around 25, some times but rarely is 50 due to skimmer full Ca normally 500, mg 1350, kh 10. normally i use 3 in 1 powder form to mix, but then normally kh and mg i still need to add more after dosing 3 in 1 just raise kh and mg by the way when changing water i saw 3 piece of bettles in the sump dead for long time liao, it did not decompose at all and it is hard. i rememeber i saw them flying few mth ago hi JMW, NO3 25, PO4 also not high , and is not 0, normally is first 2 colour of the chart. hi Killerwhale, nice to see some 1 like me, u can keep sps like bird nest? clam? bird nest is the coral i always fail, i also dont know if my flame angel eat it not coz it nip selective coral. but i live flame more then those coral hi leejwa nice, lazy people can do magic at times. well lps i think works ok, still thinking should i put in the effort to go for sps finally i is there any 1 that seldom change water able to keep a lot of SPS???

i had been lps for 5 years. i very often see people advice do 20% Water change every week, but as for me it had been 6 month no water change liao, or can say change water every 6 mth. normally just top up. just dose seachem iodine traceelement for fish, mg, ca, kh, GeoTech ABCM, 5 in 1 coral food, i have algae scrubber at sump, but only clear off once every 2-3 mth i do no3,ca,mg,kh, sanitity test every mth. so far ok, normally just need to add some mg i have certain coral that is very good and certain coral i cant keep. so far i have plate coral and they reproducing. but the main is dead. anmomey keep splitting, already 7 times mush room keep spreading, elangence still ok. sps monti type, quite successful. sps bird nest type normally fail as my no3 cant be zero plus flame angel nip at times. cant keep prata and brain and clam more then 3 mth, i also saw flame angel nip. but then i also wonder if i no change water. i wonder how many people like me do not change water and every thing is good?

collect only at seng kang each $50, i have 5 now, although picture only have 4. all big and healthy as my crown keep feeding them subject to which i can take out, at times they move about. they just keep growing and splitting till no place for my coral. they dont normally move, but i notice once they move they about to split

anemone split again. size is average 12~15 cm. priory to those who collect first.

yap I do reverse photoperiod, but there is still period of time that there is no electric light supply. now I didn't dose any CA MG and KH for 2 weeks. now I only dose 5 in 1 coral food. 10 ml per week Sea Chem Reef Trace element, 10 ml per week Sea Chem Reef Plus 10 ml per week Purple Up every 2 days 5 ml Salt I use is Fritz Pro Aquatics Complete Salt Mix 2 weeks ago I do dose sea chem strontium, recommended level from instruction but now also stop ready. morning I only can measure CA MG and KH on sat and sun

actually mostly with those sps spores coming out if have this problem. i wonder if possible flame angel like to eat sps not lol, but so far didnt see him doing it i have 1 flame angel inside
