  4. blue legged hermits are reef safe. Got mine for about half a year.
  5. actually i doubt your pistol's dead, probably burrowing somewhere. i didn't see mine for about 3-4 months.

  7. the funny thing as that i actually have a power head blowing at the anemone, but it sill looks the same. i think the reason why the bubbles "inflate" is because the anemone is feeling threatened? correct me if i'm wrong.
  8. i prefer black but light blue can't be all that bad right? i have a friend who uses light blue all round but his tank still looks wonderful.
  9. actually my anemone is just like your's, but i think its quite alright, doing fine...been with me for almost half a year. hopefully this helps.
  10. i thought DT phyto is live phyto and should be competing with the algae for nutrients istead of supplying them with it?
  11. its just the coraline algae die-off. should grow back if conditions like lighting etc. allow it.
  12. 2-3 days is ok. i feed my fish every 2-3 days and their doing fine.
  13. i usually mix it a little, but u can try a bullet goby, it cleans the sand up real good.
  14. ha tried that, it came out and went right back in couldn't get it in time... didn't want to come out again...
  15. ha i used a screwdriver and hacked the rock open to get mine out.
  16. ya most probably hiding somewhere in the rock work. mine does that all the time, never really see it once in a while only.
  17. they're pods, not harmful, in fact like calciumreef said, they're good.
  18. coraline algae grows on glass too, but hard to remove.
