  1. I ask a sponsor here to design & fix a fixture for hanging. They install everything for u & ensure your tank well covered. No sweat. Juz provide vaccum cleaner for them to suck the dust from the drilling before they make it to the surrounding. Can hold up to 20kg. Using it to hang my ATI Sunpower which is around 12kg. Your maxspect lighter, confirmed no problem. Or u prefer to DIY? Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  2. Dun think she is using T5. More like LED. T5 would be something like bro kakani. One straight line. Sis one is dots dots & dots. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  3. Maybe batch problems? Even big name brands sometimes have batch problems too. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  4. Your left & right (length wise) will sure have problems getting lights, unless you dun plan to put any corals there that must need light to survive. Eg: sun corals, feather dusters are corals that requires target feeding/ filter feeders instead of light to survive, can be put there. Even then, u also don't mind having dark areas in your tank. 5. I still had this strong feeling that maybe 16k would be better for SPS colors. Anyway, juz got my ATI sunpower 6 tubes. Very powerful. But will still keep tabs on LED technology. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  6. Around $200 per month. Excluding extra electricity incurred. FOWLR would be much more affordable. Wat to do, hooked onto corals. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  7. 6-8 mths. Feeding on henry's gourmet. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  8. I put at the bottom. It needs sandbed. Light does not affect it much. For flow, medium, slow to no flow is ok as too strong flow it will close up & hid. I feed it fish food, large size, every other day using something to hold onto the pellet & release near it where it can catches the pellet. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  9. Bright for our eyes does not mean good for corals. Apart from that, spectrum it gives out has to be taken into considerations as well. Then why there are companies building & selling MH if floodlights re suitable? Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  10. Waiting for your results. Normally LED & T5 combo no problem one. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  11. Mine is yellowish. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  12. Think i shall keep my unused wavemakers as spare, juz in case. Planned to sell in the first place. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  13. Those chiller technicians who service chillers should have them. I got replacement for the rubber seal of my arctica few months back. 5 bucks. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  14. 201. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  15. That is right. 12k -14k would be the best balance between growth & colors. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  16. I dun have success using the 10k with SPS colors. Bro Evolutionz seens to have success with 16K. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  17. I also have been using 3 months. No issue. The only thing is it makes some noise when it stops & starts, using wavebox mode. But to hear the noise, u have to hear it from a distance of 10-15cm, further than that, u will hear nothing. Should not be an issue if the tank is not near where u sleep. 18. Normally 6 mths . Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

  24. Especially the last photo masked up the real beauty. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  25. Got it into my tank yesterday. The photos do not justified the actual piece. It was indeed light green body with light pink tips, at least what i have seem in my tank & what's more, multiple branches. It is a gem. $288 is a bit on the low side. Get this outside & it will cost much much more for a colony like this. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
