  9. forgot who it was (from forum) who taught me but superglue ( selley's brand---GEL type) really works well and less hassle than other epoxies or glue... no expert in fragging / sps but used to mount/ glue a few times after advice from others... by 1st taking a small pc of LR out of water, use tissue do a quick dab ( suck most water out from that area u applying glue ), apply a drop of glue to the rock, dry the base of the frag (where u applying the glue) and apply one drop there...wait 5 sec then put them together... the benefit of gluing to small rock or frag plug 1st is that for new frags it might or might not succeed (in my case) and u can shift them ard to acclimatise them to diff lighting or diff water flow areas... if unknown reason it fails or gets infection can easily just take it out and throw away...glue to main rock if fail have to chip out a pc of LR...the glue sticks 10 times better out of water as well too! just sharing :-)

  24. that's what i experienced as well...in the early morn the shrooms and zoas face towards the window where the most light in the room is from (windows closed, not direct sunlight just diffused light)...come afternoon when the tank lights are on they all face upwards again... if its one polyp a week (not more than 2 per week), its seems fine...so called "budding"/ floating elsewhere to multiply (thats what my blue pimpled red shrooms do)....more than 2 constantly every few days or in a week means its the flow is too high..what i used to experience....shifted them to a lower flow area sheltered by live rock and they now only drop like 1 polyp every 2 weeks but i always notice a miniature version appearing the "bare spot" where the polyp came off...this has reassured me that they r happy where they r and jus reproducing... care to share ur shroom pics?? i'm rather interested in trading these "floating poylps" which r only attached to a few pieces of 1-2mm coral substrate...
  25. bro...care to frag the purple zoa n sell to me??and the last red one?? been looking 4 them quite some time....5-10 polyps??
