decommed 2 ft marine setup... just example of how clean the front 2 corners look....without silicon...comes with base plate with cushioning between plate and bottom glass...no need for ugly styrofoam below tank...just place on any flat surface....

mixed shrooms rock picture link open palm size "donut-style" rock ( with 5cm hole in middle )... 5 diff type of shrooms established... NOTE : --heads of 2 fluorescent green shrooms fragged out..new baby emerging 1cm size....rest assured babies will look the same -- abt 10 baby aiptasia on rock (less than 8mm short tentacled on rock..rock very porous and not skilled enough to inject kalk...they hide fast .. hopefully someone has peppermint shrimp to keep them in check....) **cant keep peppermint shrimp as they fall prey to my 2 pistol shrimps... kindly PM to offer...collection bedok north ave 1 blk 550 after CNY... if can reach agreement on pricing... might use to start a pico with peppermint shrimps if no takers...maybe anyone starting pico can consider ? trade with nice favia frag also considered..

buy a $3 betta/ guppy breeding box... top view : top view-- box filled abt 2mm THICK with coral rubble (NOT SAND)...must be abt at least 2mm in diameter..larger is fine... front view...u can also stick it on ur back glass or side glass whichever u like...IMPT-- make sure it does't get too much light...must be low light... too high light shrooms might melt...in abt 1 week the shroom will adhere to the coral sand...then glue the coral sand (not the mushroom tissue/ base) to any rock or coral chip u like... can remove the box n keep/ put chaeto / put zoa frags in future..

yup...its common name is moon coral... (favites sp.) urs potentially looks to be 2-colours easy to keep but keep a distance from other corals cos its feeding tentacles might sting them...

the more i try to ID, the more confused i get...some websites post these as aiptasia...but looks like palythoas / protopaly babies... anyone can give a firm ID ? cos blastos wont be hurt by palys but will be injured by aiptasia right ? dun dare use calcium concentrate inject the polyp cos scared hurt baby blastos... thanks in advance...sorry for blur pic..

lately must open n slightly press to test make sure the two sticks still soft...bought 2 packs one shot nv test...went home find the whole outer layers harden...couldn't use.. no tags no receipt no replacement wor... at east side shop that was closing down though... but no harm testing...pay 1st then test before leave the shop also fine...
