  9. Hi reeftask, like most seahorses that refuse to feed, you have to go through a regime to train them to. If they still refuse to feed, they just simply refuse to eat and they will just die of hunger. ( do a quick search on training your seahorses to eat ) Frozen feed at the end of the day, is still frozen unlike live feeds that more or less will trigger feeding response with a near guaranteed success. However, the availability of live feeds are pretty much limited and even so, most of the time they are nutritionally deprived thus the extra work of enrichment with phyto etc etc. Its like feeding a hungry man, a skinny chicken. The advantage of feeding your seahorses or fishes with these pods are simply the nutritional value. Mentioned before, the Lipids, branch chain, fatty acids, astaxanthin etc are way superior compared to the usual frozen food that we feed. After all, these copepods are part of the "real" wild zooplankton. For an aquarist to have a successful feeding regime.. its all about variety coupled with quality. And no..the copepods do not go well if your stir fry with kang kong...
  10. $10 is for 100g but i always add extra. Like wise for the 300g. I dont pack the 100g anymore since majority asked for bigger amount.
  11. I kept mine from the previous batch till now. Still good to go. So infact 1yr or more is not a problem as well.

  15. Yo people, very nice meeting you guys today both new and old. My hp died evening time so some i couldn't contact to pass you the pods. I will sms you guys to arrange again.. Yeah david, these pods are pretty oily.. however the difference is that the oil are not aged/rotting organic oil. These oil are actually pure branch chain amino acids and omega fatty acids. Unless if we are running on a nano or say 1-2ft skimmerless set up, then the bioload might be a bit heavy. Other then that, nothing much to concern or worry about po/no spike. Majority of these oil are still contained within each individual pod which is what you want the fishes or corals to consume for whatever beneficial reasons i need not elaborate. You'll be surprised how fast these oil gets break down by the nitrifying bacterials and in return giving them the extra boost.. that provided our tank is healthy to start with. I will attached the nutritional profile of these pods later. Now need to go shower and nua..

  18. Hi Jackuson... i cant describe how many grams $10 is. Instead lets take the copepods mass as a guide. The small bottled arctic pods contain approx 20-30gram maybe less. The potion im packing for you guys is around 150-200 grams.
