Can 9W PL be used in 13W light system?

where do i get it? cant seem to find it anywhere. tried various generic media bags. apparently mesh holes too huge for seachem purigen. temporarily using self sewn coconut cloth filter.

diy is not the hard part i tink. the problems i m facing now is the narrow beam angle the leds are producing. i am also concerned about the spectrum it is emitting throughout its usage life.

I managed to keep a pair of sh in a 1.5l bottle for a month due to a tank failure. Wad I do believe is that there's no minimum height and length. As long as the horses can swim around freely and comfortably, that's the smallest tank size you should go for. The total water volume and filtration capacity plays a more important role as it affects the concentration of biological wastes/ chemicals and the temperature fluctuation. Hope this helps.

I have the intention of settling up a pico system which has 1 litre capacity with the total system capacity not exceeding 10 litres as a bet with someone. I am restricted to only weekly water changes. Anyone with any advice? I still do not know wad to add as ls. As for equipment, I am trying out with a protein skimmer, mechanical filter and a fluidising bed.

hi rockyboy, i disagree. not all dsb setup produces hydrogen sulphide. a "well aerated" deareated area willl limit the hydrogen sulphide process.
