  1. Yup. Depends on your needs. With single tap, you can't disconnect the joint easily.
  2. Any bro letting go? Looking at all parameters except for phosphate
  3. Maybe you didn't ask years ago? haha. you can always use the pump for wc, place outlet to pail for discharge, then place inlet in pail of new water? used to do that in the past, but I have outgrown wc, haha
  4. i know, looking for cheaper price, haha
  5. thanks, haha. price boom = skim-mate boom!
  6. Nope. inlet at tank -> hose -> double tap -> a bit of hose -> pump (inlet) -> pump (outlet) -> a bit of hose -> double tap ->hose -> outlet at tank. I can just disconnect the 2 double taps and I can just remove my pump completely from the system. Good for maintenance and emergencies. I do that to all my equipment, even when they are chained along each other, so I can remove and replace any part as and when I like, bad photo as all my double taps seems to be hiding, haha.
  7. deltec mce300/600 better than tunze
  8. bro, i needed the contact to see if c328 sells ada tank. i don't live near there, haha
  9. bro, why do that? no need. I always slowly take my time to shut the taps after shutting off power. There's once I shut off the tap hours after powering off. As long as pump is below container, water will be collected in the hosing. the impeller is designed to withstand some air bubbles. No manufacturer expects the flow to be always bubble free. Tend to have some bubbles running around, especially for canister filters.
  10. let me know if glue becomes available
  11. how about teco? slight skeptical about arctica as I do not know where it is made. is jbj a good brand?
  12. very excited too! when you are getting rocks, can help me get some small pieces? haha. cute looking, but I need a chiller that's reliable and very quiet,
  13. Personally, i am using double taps, just lock the taps before disconnecting, the hose should hold enough water to avoid manual priming
