Bro, think I will be out of the race as the bid surpass my expectation. It is not because of yr disclosure. Yr disclosure may not ensure 100% survival, notwithstanding healthy specimen. For rimless, set yr water lvl clearance more if not u will face water splashing. .when doing maintenance etc. For chiller, tank of this size needs drop-in coil more. For return pump, Maybe under powered. 2 returns are always gd but not necessary. For yr wave maker, rsp for mp60 is already 4 digits. U got to read more , yr setup likely to hit above 10 k or more. For skimmer, ATB, bubble king, deltec, reef octopus, skimz, etc can be considered. 8ft, u might need easily 4 mh.

It is possible to go skimmerless but u need to ensure the maturity of yr sys and have some biological filtration. Regular water chge can do the trick but think u must try and understand how often and each time based on yr bio load and corals requirement. A skimmer is not necessary meant for lazy reefers, it is a system that helps and also reduce chance of major crashes. Take for example, if yr fishes or corals died, a skimmer helps alot in cleansing yr tank water though water chge is still encouraged to dilute Amy toxic residue in the water. Without a skimmer and yr knowledge, water can turn foul fast. Why penny wise pound foolish if you treasure yr livestocks. Just my 2 cents worth comment.

If u stay near punggol, I can spare some Joe juice for u. Using hot water, chemical or kalkwasser, effective if u can reach and done properly. For area can't reach, either remove the rock and treat or use live stocks like copperband, peppermint shrimp, file fish, bergia nudi, etc.
