based on the picture, you using 2 filter systems? one canister and the other hang-on or the hang-on is a filter ###### skimmer? my quarantine tank seems like your tank. I just use light, prism skimmer, inverts, snails and weekly water change to substain it. You must ask what you intend to keep before equiping your tank. Think a skimmer is important for your tank. Canister filter may need frequent washing to ensure it is not a Nitrite/nitrate time bomb....

bro, you should place some live rocks and also get a skimmer to help cleanse the water. Check your SG level also. just my limited knowledge. Hope it helps.

gather some bros and share out cost in buying .....like mushrooms....think per rock if shared among 3 to 4 bros...each one is likely to fork out maybe 5 bucks...and just one polyp will allow propagation......hehehe.

bro, unless you looking for exotic mushroom...if those common red, blue or green mushroom, dont have to go to certain shops....farm does sell them....pm me if you want a place which has good and cheap mushroom. Happy searching. : )

me no experience in this hence asking to learn more. My friend got more than 10 types and he is quite succesful in keeping them on rock and creating a conducive environment for them. Thanks for the detailed explaination. will learn more when i decide to keep one. : )

any reason where elegance cannot be placed on rock? had personally seen a reefer who specialised in keeping elegance...he has more than 10 on his live rocks.... bro flame-tail, good to see your updates and everything is fine.
