hi, for anemones, they do need flow but not very high type. It is hard to confirm what type of flow they want, hence, for a start, place your wavemaker/s and lighting and then add your anemones....they will move to their ideal spot and therefore during their search, they will not go round stinging your other precious corals. However, once they found their ideal spot, that doesnt mean they dont change their location as any lighting and current change might cause it to move. One risk of keeping anemone is it can kill your corals as it moves and secondly, if it goes inside your wave maker, etc and got blended.....fast response needed for water change, if not, your tank will crash due to toxic emitted from it. AB got 3000 but not pressurised. Remember all the headloss that might make your return flow slow. All the best.
