my pump is 1300l/h when i try to tune the knob, the minimum water level is just below the collection cup

I just bought a Weipro 2011 from P#tm@rt today and i know that many users are setting the water level up to just under the black band. i am using a sicce indra to power the skimmer but i cannot set the water level to the desired place. no matter how i turn the knob, the water level is still over. it is only when i adjust the pump to 400l/h flowrate den it lowers. can anyone help me as the low flowrate is causing very little turbulence in the reaction chamber.

i intending to get a weipro 2000 but i think its almost the same for the other pumps

I know this question has been asked before but it did not get to many replies. So can anyone PLEASE have a big heart to explain in detail on how to connect the pump, what materials are needed. It would be better if pictures are included. I am sure this will benefit current and future Weipro users.

I recently went to Ji#@i at Ginza Plaza and saw in their display tank have 1 specimen of green Monti. looks very nice at first but i noticed they are onl using FL lights!!!!!!!!! so my question here is that is FL able to cause colouration in SPS? i know that the success in colouring up SPS using MH is that Mh produces a lot of UV radiation but does FL produce UV radiation at all?
