so what is the pricing for the cheapest eballast i muz get to drive the tubes?

so for the third time, can i use the PL eballast to drive the T5s?

from what i know (i do not know a lot), as long as the ballast can support the wattage den can be used. anyone pls correct me if i am wrong.
