Tests conducted using Salifert test kits
Its amazing that the nitrate level is so low
Anyway, here is the green SPS
And you can see that my coralline project is paying off well
This specimen is supposed to be metallic green but my camera can't bring out its colour
The colour you see here is an understatement of what it looks like
Well it all depends on the oxygen saturation in your tank
If the saturation is high, you might need a thicker DSB to restrict diffusion
Remember, you want to achieve a lowly oxygenated area
Well, since you mentioned it, I am thinking of documenting the propagation of different corals and once its done, I hope that it'll benefit all of us.
May organise fragging session in my house some while later
Haiz everyone so "giam siap"
I will frag the floridas when I get hold of a specimen
But now urging those who have specimens which have reproduced, try to frag a piece. No harm trying right? (Do ensure you do it right)
Sorry Jimng for invading your thread
Rics waste away sometimes because the reefers do not provide them with the necessary conditions to grow and thrive. Rics require much more lighting than other mushies and I sometimes see people placing them in shaded areas
But with propagation, we can ensure that nice strains are retained and distributed.
