  1. The frog fish will be fine. I had a frog fish in my soft coral tank too when i was keeping softies. Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  2. If your tank is well established with presence of natural tiny pods. Then i guess you can give it a try. But it'll be best if you can train it to eat chop up mysis or other fishfood. Its the same problem with Mandarins. If you don't have the environment to cultivate enough live pods for it to eat, it will stay alive initially while live food is available and slowly starve to death once it runs out. 3. Copperband is one of the harder ones to keep. I find tangs easier. That said your tank is a bit small for a tang. Just my 2 cents. Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  4. If you buy live rocks or corals attached to larger rock, you're bound to get a few of them. Used to have a few of them, they usually source out the dead fishes (thats why dead fishes tends to disappear in tanks with lotsa live rock) and any thing that can be eaten. They are scavengers. 5. Actually i believe there are 3 or 4 shops spread across farmway 2 and 3. I have not been there for awhile now but i am sure there are still more than one eg. Awana, ah beng and the old couple infront of ah beng, etc. Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  6. Yah. I suspect its tubeworms too. Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  7. If you are going this route and yours is a fish only tank, you could lower the salinity, i read somewhere that below certain point it either dies or can't reproduce. Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  8. Try sim lim tower. Print the picture out and specs if its available and ask the shops there. There are a few LED shops. Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  9. Pasir Ris Farmway is a good place to go. Few marine shops so look and ask for the price then compare. Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  10. Thanks, a bit far from the bus stop but will log it in as an alternative. Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  11. I am looking to buy some mysis, but got no idea where to get it. Any advise.? Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  12. Thanks for the info. I have a good idea how it done now.
  13. Actually it depends on what spieces you have, T.Crocea and T. Maxima you want them on rocks rather then sand bed itself. They prefer to have something solid eg. a rock to secure themselve to .
  14. The strips need 12 or 9V DC? I assume you use a ACDC converter or one of those phone charger type plug? How many Amp per feet or meter does the strips require? I was thinking doing some general lighting with the strips too and use the LED spot to light area for clam and zoa. But it's all in the planning phase, esp the spotlight. Do you mind tell whats the configuration u used.
