Anyone using TLF bio pellet and have and issues with skimmer. I just start using the product and start with slow amount at 50%(80ml) after 1 week skimmer seem to working fine. Then I increase to 70%(120ml) then start from second week the skimmer not produce bubble at all. Anyone have the same problem or the problem happen before. How to correct the problem? Please help

What are measuring of those parameter? Normally water change should solve your problem.

You might want to try another brand. Previouly I use API nitrate and give off scale reading. Versus that my tank is Running on ULNS. So I change to salifate, then it show me correct value.

I assume unit are in cm. this should have no problem as my current tank is 30"x 15"x12.5" high also use 6mm glass. And still give me safety factor of 6.

Both are good. But I think Dremel get accs and attchment easier.

Yap very good price. One attachment that you can consider is extension flexible cord. It help a lot. At least help to separate main electrical item apart from water.

You can try shop.sgtooling.com. Quite good price for dremel. They also carry proxxon too. I personally use dremel andi love it. The shop it self locate at fookhai bldg.

It should do the job. You can purchase additive in raw form. Mixed with RO/DI water. You can mixed 1 kg of additive with 5 -10 liter depend on formular you use. I few it much more affordable to use this method.

I used baking soda. It's cheaper. You can try google for bailing lite method. It quite easy to follow.

Or you can consider dosing pump. I found it easier compair to Ca reactor. If you use 3 channel, then you can control Ca, Kh and Kh individual.

I do not know what brand of additive you are use. It should tell you like 1 tea spoon per 80 l will raise ?? Unit. Only I can guess now is amount of dosing is not enough. You might need to add more. Basically you need to know how much your tank consume per day. Then add on require amout to maintain stable level of the element.

How did you dose KH? My previous tank I have to use dosing pump to continue dosing. As I cannot keep it up with manual dose.

For the PO4 you can use absorber media like rowaphor run in FR. But need to slowly bring down else can couse problem on the SPS.

For low Kh, you may need to check Mg and Ca as it could be imbalance of either one of them or both.
