if you mean glueing them, nope... the actual glueing was very fast (though very messy one). I spent a lot of time thinking where to place the new stuff. Besides, the bartletts were getting restless in their bag. Then went out... only came back home after midnight... Watched DVD (good show - Bodyguards & Assassins) Pictures were taken shortly after i placed them in tank... just did the picture selections.

I believe if my memory serves me right... his rics don't open that big leh... imagine... 40rics, each opening to the size of 2" in diameter... eh, quite unimaginable... Remember, he's got some nice acans, blastos, cynarina (which opens DAMN HUGE), super sun (garden) rhizos, zoas and not to forget 2 or 3 True Octos hor! However, i could be wrong... waiting for him to post his new FTS wor....

i had to do some major shifting earlier to make space... (moved 2 rocks of zoas to the sandbed). wah... Reborn got pink and gold?!!? tsk tsk tsk... no lah, i'm not going down anymore. Unless there're some really ho liao (which would have been gone by now). I think i may have something like 'darker gold'... The one in the center?? maybe mustard could be the right colour to describe it.

oh yes, jacky told me abt the lunch date... however, i have a new boss on Monday... not sure if he's buying the team lunch. If he's not, i will definitely meet to TCSS. I'm located ard Boat Quay (MacDonalds side). Don't drive to work, so rely on public transport or ||.

the shipment was just too good! Even those 'leftovers' are good. i'll be posting something for FXC soon... just dunno which one yet.

yes, based on my experience, but depends on individual rics... i had some that propogate within 1 week, some 2 months still the same (big big size u know... but never split). However, u can try to 'slice' them up. I heard it's possible. This shipment is quite exquisite. The 2 pieces you got are really good! Very lucky for 1st time ric collector! Btw: still not too late to chiong for tomorrow morning. I'm sure the orange will still be there!

wah... i have to admit, this "Bodyguards & Assassin" movie kept me at the edge of my seat... despite watching it from 1am to 3am. Good movie, a DVD must-have! Back to the rics, as long as there are new reefers, there will be demand for rics... but i agree, if the LFS continues to ship in that many rics... there're bound to be left overs. I never understood why ppl like rics in the past, until i started my mini 3 for $100 collection. Since then, the rics went through torture (when i didn't bother with water change or dosing for a few months). They still survive. Hardy, Colourful & Bright. They have certain luminuous factor that makes them outstanding under actinic lighting. Fast to propogate under decent conditions (don't even need to be in pristine condition). Best of all, minimal maintenance! Agree with Eniram though... 30++ per piece is indeed on a high side. Think about it... it's just a softie (mushroom leh)! It's true like kiko said, like zoas, rics will be an evergreen item in a reefer's tank.

it was way too packed. But for once I was thick-skinned enough to take 2 bags and found a few good stuff. Moving ard the "leftovers", picked up a few too. Ended up with too many. I'm outside now, can't upload pix. Will share some later tonight. the orange ones are very yummylicious.

Chiong shipment. Came back with a lighter wallet. One of the better rics shipment at decent prices. Seems like the rics fever just got a little hotter after today. Couldn't resist the temptation and overspent by a mile. Acquired some orange with blue skirt. Some orange with green skirt. Some full orange. Some blue with orange dots. Some blue with green dots and some with multicoloured dots. Posting from iPhone. Dunno how to upload pics. Can only upload the rics pics later when I reach home.

nice to meet u. Wow anyhow grab and u got all these. Can't imagine if u seriously search for them. Good stuff. Apparently this shipment has loads of bi-colour and some multi-color rics.

SUPER RICS!!!! knew you must have gotten all the superb stuff, coz those leftovers that i bought are already quite decent...

*nods*. He's got a mini super sun mountain in his nano tank! Plus a rhizo too. Quite amazing how he can pack that many stuff into a 24G. The thing abt sun corals is target feeding them consistently. A lot of effort needed. I gave up feeding once and surprisingly, those "dead" heads sprout out new ones.

I'm quite sure I have. I've got half a pail of rocks that are about fist size. Give me a pm. Eniram comin over on wed night. You can pop by too. I hope the live rocks will still be "live" then. Should have enuff to form a good scape on ur pico. but I don't hve epoxy, so u gotta go buy some.
