No secrets bro.. I'm happy to share: 1) For expensive fishes (above $100) I will only buy when it is feeding at LFS. 2) Train new fish to feed in sump tank. Which also functions as an "acclimisation zone". 3) Further acclimatise in betta box in the main tank for 3-5 days before releasing. 4) Release fish after lights off (with moonlights). 5) Increase pellets amount during the first few days. This is my "formula"... hope this helps. Cheers.

Hi all... It's been quite a long while since I update this thread. There is a reason for this. Although it is not a good one. Some time late last year my chiller thermostat broke down and coupled with an erroneous clearing of beneficial bacteria-laden ceramic rings.. my tank suffered a "crash". With that, years of effort of sps care just gone down the drain. Thereafter, I took a break from sps and kinda just slowly concentrated more on fishes. And after about 6 months of slow collection... the tank is now fowlr. With remnants of the former sps outlines. Fish list Tangs: Yellow Hybrid Powderblue Sohal Achilles Angels (L): Queen Emperor Juv (without tail) Pygmy Angels: Paired Flame Coral beauty (full orange body) Coral beauty (full blue body) Sherpadi Venustus Others: Paired flamehawk Paired bartlett anthias Paired true perculas 3x springeri damsels Hopefully can get a chance to own a scribbled angel if it is still available by tmrw.
